She served as the first corresponding secretary of the Michigan Woman's Press Association and was a staff member of Good Health, Battle Creek, Michigan.

Pauline Periwinkle], journalist, suffragist, clubwoman, and community activist, was born in Michigan on Septemthe daughter of a Civil War soldier and a suffragist.
